Guided Imagery wellness workshop

A Moment for Me Yoga Center, 8309 High St. (behind the township administration building on state Route 46), will offer a mini-workshop titled Guided Imagery for Wellness and Personal Growth on Aug. 14 from noon to 2:30 p.m. Conducted by Steve Tackett, a certified hypnotist and teacher of meditation, it will include a discussion of what guided imagery is and how it works, followed by three sessions: relaxation and regeneration, healing and wellness, inner guidance.

Da Vinci painting marks anniversary
MILAN
Leonardo da Vinci’s earliest-known drawing will go on display in the artist’s Tuscan hometown of Vinci in three years to mark the 500th anniversary of his death.
The Uffizi Gallery in Florence said Thursday it will lend the rarely displayed drawing, titled “Landscape Drawing for Santa Maria Della Nave,” to the Leonardiano Museum for five weeks beginning Aug. 5, 2019.
