Corvette Club to host Sunday car show

AUSTINTOWN

The Mahoning Valley Corvette Club is sponsoring its 22nd annual car show from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at the Greenwood Chevrolet building, 4665 Mahoning Ave.

Registration will begin at 9:30.

The event is open to all makes and models of automobiles and trucks for the cost of $10 per vehicle. Participants that will show their car for National Council of Corvette Clubs points will pay $20.

Part of the proceeds will benefit the Youngstown VA Outpatient Clinic, Food Pantry, Yellow Brick Place and The Silver Lining Cancer Fund.

Trophies and prizes will be awarded for all classes of vehicles, including a people’s choice award and best of show.

DJ Big Rick will provide entertainment, and food and beverages will be available.
