Mahoning County Grand Jury indicts 22

YOUNGSTOWN — A Mahoning County Grand Jury Thursday indicted 22 people including Tijuan Muldrow, 21, of Oak Street, on heroin possession, illegal gun possession and improper handling of a gun in a motor vehicle with forfeiture specifications.

On Jun. 26, reports say a car was pulled over at Oak Street and Medina Avenue on the East Side by officer Marcin Stachowicz after he spotted the car fail to yield on the Himrod Avenue Expressway. Reports said the car took a long time to pull over.

Because of the odor, the people inside were asked to get out of the car so it could be searched. Police found a .40-caliber semiautomatic handgun where Muldrow was sitting as well as a bag of suspected heroin and a bottle with 25 painkillers inside.
