Poland girls crush Asia-Pacific, 10-0

KIRKLAND, WASH. — The Poland Junior League softball team recaptured its winning ways Wednesday, beating Asia-Pacific 10-0 in a five-inning "mercy" game as play continued in the Junior League World Series.

Ally Nittoli led Poland — the Central Region champions — with three hits and four RBIs and Camryn Lattanzio added two hits. Lexi Diaz and Brooke Bobbey each drove in a run.

Bobbey scattered five hits and struck out four in the victory.
