$20K bond set for John T. Dellick
CLEVELAND — A federal judge has set a $20,000 unsecured bond with electronic monitoring for John T. Dellick, 22, of Canfield, pending disposition of the charge against him of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Dellick, however, will remain in U.S. marshals custody until the U.S. pretrial office inspects the half-way house in which he’ll live.
U.S. District Court Judge Dan Aaron Polster made the decision today after a hearing on the U.S. Attorney’s request that Dellick be detained pending disposition of the case.
Dellick, a son of Judge Theresa Dellick of Mahoning County Juvenile Court, pleaded innocent to the charge at his Monday arraignment in Youngstown.
