West Gorge Trail boardwalk in Mill Creek Park closed until further notice

YOUNGSTOWN — The boardwalk located on West Gorge Trail, or Trail #9, in Mill Creek Park will be closed until further notice.

The walkway is closing because it needs to be replaced, the MetroParks said in a news release.

West Gorge Trail, which has been closed since June due to the boardwalk issue, will be open as an out-and-back trail.
