Girard-Liberty Rotary recognizes members and new officers

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Girard-Liberty Rotary awarded Joyce Faiver, above, second from left, with the Paul Harris Fellowship and installed three new members during a July meeting. The new members, above, are Nancy Rubino, left, Debbie Danyi and Joe Danyi. The Rotary also installed officers for the coming year.
