“Community Connection” (Sunday at 6:30 a.m. on 21 WFMJ-TV and 11 a.m. on WBCB): The Community Initiative to Reduce Violence, (C.I.R.V.) has experienced success in reducing violent crime in Youngstown. Director Guy Burney will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss the effort and the upcoming Hope Conference, which helps returning citizens regain their life.
