Prom-dress giveaway

YOUNGSTOWN

Beginning Monday, a variety of prom dresses in all sizes will be available free of charge from noon to 4 p.m. weekdays at the East Side Crime Watch, 1001 Oak St. (corner of Oak and Fruit streets).

Those unable to obtain a gown for prom are welcome to participate while the supply lasts; some of the gowns are new, the rest are like-new.
