Indictments

A Mahoning County grand jury indicted these people Thursday:

Evon Marsee Cruz, 18, Forest Glen Avenue, aggravated robbery and robbery with two firearm specifications.

Michael R. Shugart, 29, Pinetree Lane, Boardman, possession of heroin.

John W. Billiter, 30, Alliance, one count of felony theft and three counts of misdemeanor theft.

Patrick Anderson, 23, Cook Avenue, Boardman, two counts of aggravated arson.

Jarrod Brooks, 24, Ohio Avenue, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

Charles Perry, 60, Cleveland Street, possession of cocaine.

Anthony Warren, 49, West Boston Avenue, two counts, possession of drugs.

William A. Karpenko, 31, South Market Street, Girard, possession of cocaine, possessing drug-abuse instruments, permitting drug abuse and possession of drugs.

Melissa S. Seekins, 36, South Market Street, Girard, possession of cocaine, possessing drug-abuse instruments, permitting drug abuse and possession of drugs.

Brittney N. Taylor, 25, Cornell Avenue, two counts of receiving stolen property and identity fraud.

Tanicqua T. Wilkerson, 25, Gaither Avenue, two counts of receiving stolen property and identity fraud.

John W. Hoskins, 47, Akron, attempted theft and receiving stolen property.

Robert Stanley, 35, Darlington, Pa., two counts of aggravated burglary, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, discharge of firearm on prohibited premises and vandalism with firearm specifications.

Robert Glenn, 26, Gladstone Street, Campbell, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Bernard Hasley, 47, Idora Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Tyrone Lindsey, 33, East LaClede Avenue, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Orlando M. Matos-Carrillo, 28, Hammond Avenue Southeast, Warren, robbery.

Martasia Walker, 18, Detroit Avenue, possession of heroin and possession of drugs.

Loretta Stanford, 47, Stoneybrook Drive, Hubbard, possession of drugs.

Jayme White, 30, Akron, three counts of illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility.

Eric Hall, 33, Akron, three counts of illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility.

Adam Bridgeman, 29, Ohio State Penitentiary, Hubbard-Coitsville Road, three counts of illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility.

Darius Beasley, 23, Burlington Avenue, felonious assault.

Mark Verkhlin, 35, Tallmadge, passing bad checks, theft and forgery.
