DINNER AND concert | Benefit event

Who: Youngstown Connection plans to travel to Italy in June. The group is raising funds for the trip.

Where: St. Patrick Church, 1420 Oak Hill Ave., Youngstown.

Dinner: Final Sauce and Song event of the season at the church. Proceeds from a spaghetti dinner set from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday in the church social hall will benefit the Youngstown Connection’s trip. The meal includes the entree, salad, bread, dessert and beverage. Cost is $8 for adults and $5 for children age 10 and younger. Carryouts are available; containers will be provided.

Concert: Planned from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the church featuring Valley cellist, the Rev. Vit Fiala, Franciscan priest, and director of the Shrine of Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted in Youngstown. Accompanied by pianist Alison Morris, he will present a classical music program. The concert is free and open to the community; free-will offerings are welcome.
