Austintown police arrest man for trespassing

AUSTINTOWN — Police were called to the Travel Center of America at 2:45 a.m. today about a white male trespassing, according to a police report.

According to past reports, police have warned the man, later identified as James Peyatt, 53, not to panhandle or they would arrest him for trespassing.

Officers arrested Peyatt for criminal trespassing and took him to St. Elizabeth's Hospital for high blood pressure. The hospital will call the police when he is ready to be picked up.
