No arrests made after theft, chase in Boardman

No arrests had been made as of Sunday night in connection with a theft about 8:30 p.m. Saturday from the Home Depot store on Southern Boulevard that preceded a chase by township police.

Police pursued the suspect but called off the chase after losing sight of the vehicle on Glenwood Avenue in Youngstown.

The suspect left the store in a stolen vehicle with Pennsylvania license plates, reported 21-WFMJ-TV, The Vindicator’s broadcast partner.
