BOARDMAN
The Spartans (8-7, 5-0 All-American Conference Red) put up crooked numbers most of the day. Dom Stilliana had four hits and three RBIs while Travis Jones and Drew Wagner each had two hits including a double for Boardman. Mike Grazier had two hits for Fitch (3-6, 2-4).
Poland 9, West Branch 7
POLAND
Pad O’Shaugnessy’s three hits included two doubles and he scored twice for the Bulldogs (13-2). Anthony Calcagni hit two doubles. Dan Klase and Nick Petrolla each hit two-run doubles. Tony Claire and Don Drummond each had two hits including a double. Mike Mallis (2-0) was the winning pitcher. For the Warriors (9-7), Jon Snyder had two hits and Hunter Steele doubled and scored twice. T.J. Shields hit a two-run double and scored a run.
Hubbard 8, Brookfield 1
HUBBARD
Brett Lopuchovsky, Kent Kroynovich, Lukas Mosora, Nick Ferrera and Dom Hover all had two hits in a lopsided victory. Colin Shinosky had a triple while Anthony Laird struck out four in the win for Hubbard (9-5). Josh Summerfield was 2 for 2 for Brookfield while Brandon Fraley had an RBI double for the visitors.

BERLIN CENTER
The Blue Devils (12-1, 5-1 Inter-Tri County League Blue) continued their winning ways in a run-ruled win. Dallas Smith got the win, pitching all six innings while Walker Marlowe went 3 for 4 with four RBIs and two runs scored. Dom Velasquez went 3 for 3 with two RBIs and two runs scored. Justin Ciccone had drove in three runs and scored two.

Austintown Fitch 2, Boardman 0
AUSTINTOWN
Alex Franken struck out six Spartans and gave up only two hits for Fitch (5-8). Christina Tucker had a double and an RBI while McKenzie Lukins singled and had an RBI as well. Lauren Gabriele and Lexi Caraballo each had singles for Boardman (3-6).
Canfield 12, Howland 2
CANFIELD
The Cardinals scored 10 runs in the second inning. Jenna Gibson’s three hits included a RBI double. Chloe Cruz had three hits and three RBIs while Maura Kennedy doubled. Winning pitcher Kayla Troxil tossed a four-hitter, striking out four and walking one. For the Tigers, Sara Price and Emily Darlington doubled while Reann Litz had two hits.
South Range 3, Nordonia 2
BEAVER TOWNSHIP
Winning pitcher Caragyn Yanek (13-2) tossed a two-hitter for the Raiders (13-2), striking out nine wand walking three. Nordonia’s runs were unearned. Felecia Gaeta’s two hits included a two-run homer. Codi Taylor’s two hits included a double and Lydia Baird had two hits. Maddie Montesano and Rachel Vickers had the hits for Nordonia (10-5).
Hubbard 6, Cardinal Mooney 5
BOARDMAN
Mikayla Smith had two hits and scored twice for the Eagles. Ruth Sandberg had two hits while Athena Smith doubled. Morgan Kist and Addy Jarvis combined for the pitching win. For the Cardinals, Conchetta Rinaldi’s two hits included a homer. Jamie Difabio and Gia Difabio had the other hits.

Maddie Krietzburg pitched seven innings, striking out five and walking one for Western Reserve (7-4, 4-2 ITCL Blue). Jenny Stubbs had a double and two RBIs while Arianna Gregorino had a double and one RBI as well. Kreitzburg had a double at the plate as well.
McDonald 6, Leetonia 0
LEETONIA
Olivia Sanson had a big game collecting three hits, including a home run, and scoring three runs. Cheyenne Titus pitched all seven innings, striking out nine Bears and allowing only two hits. Kerrigan McDermott had a triple for the Blue Devils (9-2-1).
