Man indicted on 19 counts of rape

A Hubbard Road man could be sentenced to life in prison if convicted of one of 16 counts of rape he was indicted on by a Mahoning County grand jury.

Kenneth E. Thomas, 36, faces 16 counts of felony/life rape and an additional three counts of rape.

The case was presented directly to the grand jury.

According to records at the county jail, Thomas has yet to be arrested.

The indictments for the life counts of rape allege Thomas had sex between August 2011 and August 2015 with someone who was only 9 at the time the abuse began.

The additional three counts are for the same victim, with that conduct occurring between August 2015 and February this year, according to the indictment.

The grand jury also indicted these people on these charges Thursday:

Tyrell Hollis, 22, Curry Place, six counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine with forfeiture specifications, carrying concealed weapons and tampering with evidence.

Bianca Pressley, 21, Upland Avenue, six counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine with forfeiture specifications, carrying concealed weapons and tampering with evidence.

Corey Davis, 22, Newbern Circle, possession of cocaine.

Jason Kevin Gorby, 30, Lake Park Boulevard, Alliance, illegal manufacture of drugs, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, possession of drugs and endangering children.

Gregory Dunkle, 52, Boston Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Hiram Davis, 49, West Calla Road, Salem, disrupting public services and making false alarms.

Shawta Hasley, aka Shawn Hasley, aka Shawnta Hasley, 20, East Boston Avenue, possession of cocaine with forfeiture specifications.

Hiram Urrutia, 27, Florida Avenue, possession of heroin.

Patrick White Jr., 39, Roselawn Avenue Northeast, Warren, theft.

Daniel McGarry, 30, Center Road, Lowellville, two counts of theft and two counts of forgery.

Hether Adriano Parker, 42, Kirk Road, Austintown, three counts receiving stolen property and forgery.

Melissa A. Cochran, 34, Addison Road, Geneva, receiving stolen property.

Dawn M. Stoup, 43, state Route 14, Deerfield, two counts of operating a vehicle while impaired with specifications.

Randall Sparks, 50, Market Street, North Lima, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine.

Jerome Prieto, 29, Wellington Avenue, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine with forfeiture specifications and obstructing official business.

Roger Anderson, 55, Delaware Avenue, possession of cocaine with forfeiture specifications.

April Baird, 44, Chapel Lane, Campbell, theft and forgery.

Gary Carter, 24, Scioto Avenue, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility with forfeiture specifications.

Nelson Santiago George, 22, North Blaine Avenue, carrying a concealed weapon.

Elbert Shuler, 29, Parkcliffe Avenue, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Shon Simon, 45, Johns Street, Struthers, possession of heroin with a forfeiture specification.

Brandon Treharn, 28, East Boston Avenue, possession of cocaine and identity fraud with a forfeiture specification.

Rahmanh K. Shaw, 31, Felicia Avenue, identity fraud, forgery and tampering with records.
