Spaghetti dinner to aid rescue animals

Alchemy Acres Animal Sanctuary will host a spaghetti dinner from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 1 at the Salem Eagles Club, 1884 N. Ellsworth Ave.

Tickets can be purchased at the door or in advance at 330-332-4897.

The cost is $7 per ticket; children under 5 eat for free.

The meal includes salad or applesauce, Italian bread, coffee, tea or lemonade and a dessert.

There will be a basket auction, a 50-50 raffle and a carryout bake sale.

All proceeds will benefit Alchemy Acres Animal Sanctuary.
