Happy Together, Halestorm will play Canfield Fair

The Happy Together Tour will return to the Canfield Fair this year.

The oldies show, starring The Turtles featuring Flo and Eddie, will perform at the grandstand Aug. 31. The Happy Together tour lineup also includes Chuck Negron (formerly of Three Dog Night), Mark Lindsay (formerly of Paul Revere and the Raiders), Gary Puckett and the Union Gap, the Cowsills and the Spencer Davis Group.

The Happy Together Tour played the Canfield Fair for the first time last year.

Tickets will go on sale June 6 at canfieldfair.com. Prices have not yet been set by the fair.

Another grandstand act announced Wednesday by the fair was hard-rock band Halestorm, which will play Sept. 1. Tickets for that concert also will go on sale June 6. The band last played in the Mahoning Valley on Sept. 29 at Warren’s Packard Music Hall.

The fair already has booked Christian rock band Newsboys, with The Willis Clan, for Sept. 4.
