'Make Youngstown' gets underway at YSU
YOUNGSTOWN — The "Make Youngstown" event has kicked off at Youngstown State University's Williamson College of Business.
Up to 20 businesses and organizations are showing off products that align with the maker movement.
The event, hosted by America Makes, the Youngstown Business Incubator and YSU, will showcase local businesses developing or using advanced technologies that align with the “maker movement,” such as 3-D printing, interactive software, laser cutting and virtual reality.
The event goes until 3 p.m. and includes a 1 to 2:30 p.m. panel discussion.
