LABYRINTH WALKS

About a dozen people came to Sunday’s guided walk at the Ursuline Center in Canfield, which was the first of seven monthly journeys that are based on seven themes to celebrate the Year of Mercy that Pope Francis designated largely to help those less fortunate. Here is a schedule of upcoming walks, along with their themes, all of which get underway at 6:30 p.m. at the Ursuline Center, 4280 Shields Road:

May 24: “Visiting the Homebound and Imprisoned: Reflecting on God’s Presence.”

June 28: “Consoling the Sinner: Come to the Well of Mercy.”

July 26: “Comforting the Afflicted: Compassionate Care.”
