Diane Sauer, dealer operator at Diane Sauer Chevrolet Inc. in Warren, was named one of four regional finalists for the 2016 TIME Dealer of the Year award. Sauer is a part of a select group of dealers from across the country recognized at the 99th annual National Automobile Dealers Association Convention & Exposition in Las Vegas.

The TIME Dealer of the Year award is one of the automobile industry’s most-prestigious and highly coveted honors. Recipients are among the nation’s most-successful auto dealers who also demonstrate a long-standing commitment to community service. Sauer, 61, was chosen to represent the Automobile Dealers Association of Eastern Ohio in the national competition – one of only 50 auto dealers from 16,000 nationwide – nominated for the 47th annual award.

NEWLY HIRED

The Youngstown-Warren Regional Chamber recently added two new members to its team: Genna Petrolla is the manager of business development in Trumbull County and Glenn Tafini has joined the organization as an account executive.

Petrolla will be responsible for supporting local companies through the chamber’s business retention and expansion program. Petrolla has more than 10 years of experience as a marketing professional, most recently working as a marketing/communications and professional services consultant with GMP Solutions in Cleveland.

Tafini is using his many years of sales experience to help grow the chamber’s membership as an account executive.

NEWLY APPOINTED

Huntington Bank recently appointed Steve Rhodes as director of treasury management. Rhodes will oversee sales, service and product management professionals delivering a comprehensive array of payables, receivables and liquidity management solutions that help businesses excel.

WINNER

Huntington Bank has been named the winner of the 2016 TNS Choice Award for Consumer Retail Banking in the 20-state central region of the U.S. This marks the fourth time in the past five years that Huntington has won the recognition and led the central region.

TNS presented the award to Huntington for both attracting and retaining customers at rates better than any of the top 10 banks in the central region. TNS advises clients on specific growth strategies around new-market entry, innovation, brand switching and stakeholder management, based on long-established expertise and market-leading solutions.

REALTY

Real Living Volpini Realty Group recently announced Lori Beulah joined the company as a new associate. Beulah earned her real-estate license from Hondros College and has 20 years of experience in social services. She has worked at the Neil Kennedy Recovery Clinic, Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority, Youth Build as program director and the Eastern Gateway Community College as a student coach.
