Cassidy announces new client Humtown

TNP accepts plans for property development
WARREN
Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership, on behalf of the Trumbull County Land Reutilization Corp., will accept proposals for the development of a vacant building at 158 Pine St.
TNP has released an outline of the goals and requirements for this project, available on its website at tnpwarren.org.
Investors are invited to submit a development proposal including a description of the proposed end-use, rehab specs and qualifications. Investors interested in this opportunity can submit all of the required documents in the form of a single PDF to Matt Martin at matt@tnpwarren.org.

Chamber schedules ‘Good Morning, Warren’ event
WARREN
The Youngstown-Warren Regional Chamber will have a “Good Morning, Warren” event from 7:30 to 9 a.m. April 29 at W.D. Packard Music Hall, 1703 Mahoning Ave.
Warren Mayor Doug Franklin will reflect on the past year and give insight to what’s ahead for the city.
Other speakers include: Mark Marvin, president of The Marvin Group Inc., which owns several properties in the downtown area; Jim Bugos, general manager at the Packard Music Hall; and Jill Merolla and Becky Keck will give an update about the Any Given Child program, a program that will develop and implement a plan for expanded arts education in the Warren schools.

The cost is $20 for members and $30 for non-members.
