New Youngstown Charter Review Commission has first meeting Tuesday

YOUNGSTOWN — The city’s newly formed Charter Review Commission will have its first meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the city council caucus room, the 6th floor of city hall, 26. S. Phelps St.

The seven-member committee will recommend changes to the city charter. It will be up to city council to decide which proposals will be put in front of voters to consider on the November election ballot.
