YOUNGSTOWN

Youngstown State University students, employees and others will participate in the Take Back the Night rally and march 6 p.m. Thursday, on campus.

The event honors the survivors of sexual assault and focuses on educating the campus about issues related to rape and sexual violence.

The march starts at The Rock on the campus core in front of Kilcawley Center.

Before the march, YSU will host a workshop on Bystander Intervention 5 p.m. in the Chestnut Room of Kilcawley Center. Information and resources will be shared with students to teach them how to be positive bystanders in situations of potential sexual assault.
