Last fall, Haller was chosen as the 2015 Fall District Champion in the contest.
He has been a member of Toastmasters since 2013, after joining the Talk of the Town Toastmasters in Parma, Ohio. He joined the Executive 408 Youngstown Toastmasters in December 2014. He serves as vice president of education for Executive 408.
Haller is currently the director of water pollution control for the city of Warren, after retiring with more than 30 years of service to the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District.
