Township police are investigating a burglary on Grover Drive after a resident returned home Thursday to find his apartment ransacked and several thousand dollars worth of property missing.

Domestic violence

Ella Avenue repairs
YOUNGSTOWN
The city plans to replace a concrete/metal pipe culvert along Ella Avenue between Clay Street and East High Avenue on the East Side. The Ohio Department of Transportation will conduct an environmental review, consultation and other actions required by federal environmental laws. Access to all properties within the construction limits will be maintained. For details, contact Chuck Shasho, deputy director of public works, by May 9 at 26 S. Phelps St., fifth floor, city hall, or call 330-742-8800.
