High School: South Range, where he was the 2014 Vindicator Player of the Year his senior year. Bat .600 with 60 RBIs to lead his team to a 23-4 record and a district finals appearance.

Stats: Went on a 17-game hitting streak. Ranks ninth in the conference with a .388 batting average. Tied for the team lead in doubles and stolen bases with six and seven, respectively.
