Youth concert band to perform

YOUNGSTOWN

The Stambaugh Youth Concert Band (SYCB) will conclude its season with a spring concert at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Stambaugh Auditorium featuring senior soloists Anthony Fimognari (alto saxophone) of Lowellville High School, and Lindsey Kiselica (flute) of South Range High.

Tickets are $5 ($2 for students and seniors) at the door and in advance at the box office, at stambaughauditorium.com and by phone at 330-259-0555.

The program includes, among others, “Star of Dreams” by Robert W. Smith, and “Fanfare for Tambourines” by John Alfieri.

The SYCB, directed by John Veneskey, Brandt Payne and Tyler Husosky, is comprised of the region’s top high school musicians.
