Youngstown to host birthday party

YOUNGSTOWN

The Youngstown Office on Minority Health will have a birthday celebration for the community from noon to 3 p.m. April 30 at Arlington Heights Recreation Center, 903 Otis St.

The event will celebrate infants marking their first birthday with their families.

Gifts, prizes, helpful resources, food provided by Managed Care Systems, and lead screenings for children ages 1 to 6 will be offered.
