Tyler Srbinovich gave up a run on two hits through seven innings for Niles. Srbinovich walked three and struck out 13 to earn the win. Garrett Pitts went 2-for-4 with four RBIs. Mitch DeFalco scored two runs, knocked in one and took two of the Red Dragons’ (5-1) six stolen bases. Geno Barricella was 2-for-4, including a double and a stolen base. Edgewood (1-2) scored its run in the top of the fifth. Mitch Dragon doubled and Ty Sichko singled for the Warriors’ two hits.
Girard 5, Campbell 1
GIRARD
Nick DeGregory struck out 11 Campbell batters as the Indians (3-3, 2-1 All-American Conference Blue) took a home victory over the Red Devils (0-4, 0-2). Dominic Gainey went 2 for 3 with two runs scored while Troy Trumbetta went 2 for 4 with a double and two RBIs.
Lakeside 3, Struthers 2
STRUTHERS
Lakeside picked up the two deciding runs in the fifth inning. The Dragons’ Brandon Santiago went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and Matt Lunghofer was the winning pitcher as he struck out seven in five innings of work. Pat Carano took the loss for Struthers (2-5, 0-3 AAC White), striking out 12 in seven innings and was credited with only one earned run. Carano and Jake Rudzik each scored a run and collected a hit.
Liberty 18, East 4
LIBERTY
Liberty (1-2) picked up its first win of the season. The Leopards’ Andrew Everly tossed three innings before being relieved by Mike Everly, who struck out six in two innings. Shane McKelvey scored four runs and drove in one. Chris Lyons had a hit for East.

Winning pitcher Mike McDonough struck out 13 batters and walked four in six innings for the Rebels. Andy Gorby earned the save. For the Raiders (3-2, 0-1 Inter-Tri County League Red), Greg Dunham went the distance, striking out eight and walking two.

Andy Sodergren doubled twice and drove in four runs for the Tigers. Steve Ranelli drove in three runs while Russell Seymour had two hits and scored twice. N. Sommers earned the win in relief. For the Blue Devils, Cam Summers’ two hits included a double. Noah Barnes’ two hits included a double. Colin Sweeney also doubled.
East Palestine 11, United 1
EAST PALESTINE
The Bulldogs run-ruled United scoring 11 runs on just six hits. Josh Fristik pitched all five innings striking out seven opposite of three walks. Fristik also went 2 for 3 from the plate, scoring two runs. Ian Elliott was 1 for 2 with a triple for East Palestine (2-1, 1-0 ITCL Red).

SEBRING
Winning pitcher Jeep DiCioccio struck out seven batters and walked two in six innings, allowing one hit. His two hits included a double and he drove in two runs. Ryan Demsky and Walker Marlowe each had a hit and scored a run. Noah Lanzer had one of the Trojans’ three hits.

LOWELLVILLE
Eric Ostrowski tossed a no-hitter for the Bluejays (3-0, 1-0 ITCL Blue) while striking out four and working around five walks. Justin Rentz and Zac Lane each had two hits for Jackson-Milton while Sebastian Lay scored both runs to down Lowellville (1-1, 0-1 ITCL Blue).
McDonald 6, Mineral Ridge 3
NILES
Garrett Mulrooney shutout Mineral Ridge through five innings, striking out eight and walking one while surrendering two hits at Eastwood Field. Mulrooney, Ben Carkido and Calvin Wolford combined for seven hits and four RBIs. Aaron Frantz took the loss for the Rams. He lasted four innings, surrendering all five runs.
Columbiana 3, Southern 0
SALINEVILLE
Columbiana’s Mitch Davidson won a pitching duel with Southern’s Dominic Michael to hand the Clippers their first win of the season. Davidson allowed one hit, two walks and had eight strikeouts in the shutout win. In 6.1 innings, Michael gave up three runs on three hits and struck out 12. Dylan Davin, Jake Clark and Seth Ross each had a hit for Columbiana.

CONNEAUT
Gia Caldrone doubled twice and drove in three runs for the Irish. Lorraine Fitzgerald and Megan Ross each had two hits while winning pitcher Jordyn Keneally hit a two-run homer. Jessica Volkman tripled while McKenzie Shells and Jenna O’Hara each doubled. For the Spartans, Alexis Chadwick and Jessica Volkman each had two hits.

Winning pitcher Michelle Limbeck went the distance and struck out six.

Taylor Zeigler had three hits and scored three runs for the Red Dragons. Lexi Blaine had two hits while Hannah Wharton doubled and scored. For Edgewood, Sam Blashinsky hit two doubles.

Sam Tinsley scattered seven hits to earn the victory. She struck out three and walked none. Devon Flory led the Lisbon office with three hits and two RBIs. Hannah Hiscox and Hannah Deland each had two hits. Both of Deland’s hits were doubles. For the Tigers, Nikki Bovo had three hits including a double and scored twice.
Lowellville 10, Jackson-Milton 2

Lowellville’s Isabella Sotlar picked up her third complete win of the season while giving up two runs on five hits and striking out nine. At the plate, Courtney Conklin collected three hits, including a three-run home run. Oliva Sotlar also collected three hits for the Rockets (3-0). Jackson-Milton falls to 1-3.
South Range 10, Crestview 0
BEAVER TOWNSHIP
South Range (5-1) scored four runs in the sixth inning to mercy-rule Crestview. Caragyn Yanek one-hit the Rebels while walking two and striking out 15. Yanek also lead the team at the plate with three hits. Morgan Czopur, Madison Weaver and Lydia Baird each collected two hits.

Maddie Kreitzburg threw a one-hitter and struck out nine for a complete-game victory. She also hit two singles for two RBIs. Jenny Stubbs added a single and a double for two RBIs. Sydney Smith struck out six and walked one while taking the loss for Sebring.

LIBERTY
Allie Longo threw a four-and-a-half inning no-no, striking out seven while walking two. Samantha Serrano hit two doubles for four RBIs. Allie Adler and Morgan Orr each collected three hits and put up two and three RBIs, respectively. Raven Watson had two hits for two RBIs.

Canton South hit two home runs while scoring eight runs in the first inning to put the game away early. Salem’s (0-4) Claire Janofa hit a double and Bailee Thorn collected two hits.

Cardinal Mooney 14, Canfield 2
YOUNGSTOWN
Lexy Harmon and Taylor Harris each had a hat trick in Mooney’s blowout win. Herman also had three assists. Delany Reardon and Kirsten Joss both had two goals and Kelly Walker, Jaime Kempe, Kellyn Jamison and Camden Hergenrother each notched a goal. Ashley Kaleel and Ashlyn Cleevely each scored a goal for Canfield.
