REUNIONS

• Chaney High School January and June Classes of 1946 will meet for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Denny’s in Austintown. All classmates and their spouses are welcome. No reservations are needed.

• Chaney High School Class of 1948 will meet for lunch at 1 p.m. April 12 at Denny’s Restaurant on Mahoning Avenue in Austintown.

• Chaney High School Class of 1959 will meet for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. April 12 at Davidson’s in Cornersburg. Classmates and spouses are welcome.

East High School Class of 1954 will meet at noon Monday at TJ’s Restaurant in the Holiday Inn on South Avenue. Spouses and guests are welcome.

• Hartford-Badger Alumni Association will host its 129th annual alumni banquet at 6 p.m. May 7 at Sharpsville VFW Post 6404, 215 Walnut St. Ext., Sharpsville, Pa. • Niles McKinley High School Class of 1981 will celebrate its 35th class reunion Nov. 26 at Leo’s Ristorante in Howland. Assistance is needed to contact members of the class. • Ohio State University Alumni Club of Columbiana County will host a spring banquet May 19 at the Salem Golf Club. Guest speaker will be Dr. Bruce A. McPheron, OSU interim executive vice president and provost. McPheron was previously vice president for agricultural administration and dean of the College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. The event will begin with a 5:30 p.m. reception, and dinner will be served at 6:30. There will be a silent auction of sports memorabilia. Alumni, students, prospective students and friends of OSU are invited to attend. Tickets are $30 for adults and $20 for students. For reservations call 330-337-9529.

• Struthers High School January and June Classes of 1949 will meet at 11 a.m. Monday at Johnny’s on Market Street in Boardman.

• Struthers High School Class of 1954 will meet for breakfast at 9 a.m. Saturday at Denny’s on Route 224 in Boardman. Family and friends are welcome. Plans for the next reunion will be discussed.

• Struthers High School Class of 1956 will meet for breakfast at 10 a.m. Saturday at What’s Cookin’ Restaurant, 6007 South Ave. All classmates are invited.
