Struthers Rotary hosts Crime Stoppers

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR | Struthers Rotary President-Elect JoAnne Sweeney, welcomed her husband, Bill Sweeney to the March meeting. Mr. Sweeney described the operation of Crime Stoppers which serves Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull counties. He is a Medevac helicopter pilot for UPMC and a volunteer with Crime Stoppers, an international organization of non-law enforcement citizens who assist criminal investigations by providing tips and information to the law enforcement community. Anonymity and cash potential serve as inducements to the general public to get involved and provide information that could assist in the arrest and conviction of criminals. To provide a tip, call 330-746-CLUE. For information visit www.facebook.com/crimestoppers.youngstown. Above, from left, are Struthers President Drew Hirt, Bill Sweeney and JoAnne Sweeney.
