Feb. 1

Fraudulent charges: A report of fraudulent charges on a credit card was made by a resident of the 50 block of Cherry Hill Court. The victim was reimbursed for the loss. No charges were filed.

March 18

Theft: Gift cards were stolen at a home in the 300 block of Fairview Ave.

March 23

Drug abuse: Daniel Neely,46, of Basswood Ave. NE,Warren, was arrested on charges of drug abuse and drug-abuse instruments.

March 21

Breaking and entering: A female took items from a storage locker at Uncle Bob’s Storage, 3690 LeHarps Road. It was later discovered to be a misunderstanding.

Theft: A Chase bank account had bad charges made to it at a home in the 5000 block of N. Beacon Drive.

Receiving stolen property: William Harris, 22, of Fairview Ave., Warren, was arrested and issued a summons on a charge of receiving stolen property in a theft at Tractor Supply, 6225 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: Wrenches were stolen at Tractor Supply.

Identity theft: Unauthorized transactions were reported at an apartment in the 4000 block of Deer Creek Court.

Theft: A small dog was stolen from a home in the 10 block of Jamestown Court.

Drug offense: Andrew Haynes, 24,of Union St., Warren, was issued a summons for possession of oxycodone and Tylenol and drug abuse of marijuana.

March 22

Obstructing official business: Jessica Dothard, 22, of Peace Ave., Warren, was arrested on charges of obstructing official business, falsification and failure to appear on a traffic charge; Cierra Mann, 25,of Compass West., was arrested on a warrant for grand theft and on a charge of obstructing official business, and Kendall Jones, 23, of Tangent St., Youngstown was arrested on charges of obstructing, and on a warrant for possession of drugs, falsification and traffic.

Breaking and entering: A break-in was reported at a home in the 5000 block of Norquest Blvd.

Fraud: Unauthorized charges to an account were reported at a home in the 40 block of N. Meridian Road.

Theft: A child-support credit card was stolen at Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Ave.

Recovered property: A debit card was stolen and recovered at Huntington Bank, 6010 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: Keys and a cellular phone were stolen at Walmart, 6010 Mahoning Ave.

March 23

Theft: Dennis Braun, 52, of Orange Ave., Youngstown was issued a summons for theft of $128.66 of meat, lobster and shrimp at Walmart.

Theft: Johnathan Horn, 23, of Applewood Blvd., Boardman was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and theft of a cellphone at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A bank card and an Ohio license were stolen from an auto at a home in the 100 block of N. Navarre Ave.

Domestic violence: Christopher Giles, 40, of Collins Ave. was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

May 24

Falsification: Clyde Douglass, 42, of Market St., Youngstown was arrested on a charge of falsification.

Menacing: Threats were being made by an ex-boyfriend at a home in the 400 block of S. Raccoon Road.

Theft: An iPad was taken at Leonard Kirtz School, 4801 Woodridge Drive.

Assault: An assault was reported at Hollywood Gaming, 777 Hollywood Blvd.

Identity theft: An Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 was subject to identity theft at a home in the 4000 block of Elmwood Ave.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle tire was slashed at a home in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.

Obstruction: Tyler Keltz, 22, of Willis Avenue, Youngstown was released on a summons on a charge of obstructing official business.

Theft: A dart board was stolen at BadaBing, 3661 Mahoning Ave.

March 26

Lost or stolen property: A blue metal wallet containing personal credit cards and an Ohio license was reported lost or stolen at the TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.

Identity theft: An attempt to use the victim’s information to file taxes was reported by a resident of a home in the 3000 block of Evelyn Road.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle hood was damaged at Walmart.

Lost or stolen property: A wallet was lost or stolen at Aldi’s, 5863 Mahoning Ave.

Domestic violence: Joseph Lagamba, 53, of Notre Dame Ave. was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

Assault: Samuel Morton,48, of Forest Hill Drive, was issued a summons for assault.

March 27

Warrant: Michael Koval, 35, of Meander Reserve Court, Canfield was arrested on a warrant for falsification.

Warrant: John Shinosky, 30, of Terre Hill Drive, Cortland was arrested on warrants for possession of drug abuse instruments and inducing panic, a charge stemming form his overdosing in January.

Theft: A rim, tire, hubcap and lug nuts were stolen from a vehicle at a home in the 4000 block of Pembrook Road.

Telecommunications harassment: Telecommunications harassment was reported at an apartment in the 1000 block of Compass West.

Drug offense: A syringe was found in kids’ toys at a home in the 2000 block of N. Redgate Lane.
