Indictments

A Mahoning County grand jury indicted the following people Thursday:

Joseph J. Reinthaler, Jr., 50, Montgomery Court, Canfield, tampering with records, forgery, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and 67 counts of tampering with records.

Ronald Magby, 57, Megan Circle, aggravated arson, two counts of kidnapping, attempted aggravated murder, domestic violence, felonious assault and attempted murder.

Shun Moreland, 43, Idora Avenue, four counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robin Briggs, 28, East Judson Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, possession of cocaine and possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification.

Derek Smith, 26, West LaClede Avenue, illegal conveyance of prohibited items into a detention facility and possession of cocaine.

Arash Montazeri, 21, Sawmill Run Drive, Canfield, two counts of improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and aggravated menacing.

Bruce Harris, 43, Oxford Avenue, possession of heroin.

Kyle Kendall, 29, Underwood Avenue, Girard, possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification.

Britney Shutler, 27, Lake Park Boulevard, Alliance, illegal manufacture of drugs, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, possession of drugs and endangering children.

Tramaine Wright, 19, Emery Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying concealed weapons, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and resisting arrest.

Whittington Davis, 29, Feederle Avenue, Warren, trafficking in marijuana with a forfeiture specification.

Daletta Richard, 26, Victor Avenue, vandalism.

Beau Geidner, 27, Fourth Street, Struthers and Lisa M. Marenkovic, 27, Fourth Street, Struthers, two counts of child endangering.

Jerod E. Bouslough III, 38, Sierra Madre Trail, Boardman, assault.

Heather Kondilas, 39, Clifton Drive, Canfield, theft.

Tyron Teshawn Scott, 19, Glenmont Avenue, possession of drugs and obstructing official business.

Malcolm Dates, 23, Potomac Avenue and Nechal Rice, 23, Buckeye Court, Warren, possession of heroin, burglary, resisting arrest and possession of heroin.

Brandon Leonelli, 19, South Schenley Avenue, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification.

Tyreese K. Lynch, 21, East Judson Avenue, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Stevie N. Penwell, 23, Elbern Avenue, obstructing official business.

Christine Smith, 33, Salt Springs Road, possession of cocaine, tampering with evidence, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility, assault and resisting arrest.

Gary M. Rowles II, 33, West Oregon Avenue, Sebring, criminal damaging and aggravated possession of drugs.

Michael A. Koziorynsky, 21, Everett Avenue, aggravated robbery and felonious assault.

Stephen Zuercher, Market Street, Boardman, possession of cocaine and possession of heroin.

Michael Atyim, 42, Mill Road, Boardman, felonious assault with repeat violent- offender specification and sentencing enhancement.

Christopher J. Sayers, 31, Akron, failure to provide change of address.

Brylyn Roy Green, 26, Cleveland Heights, breaking and entering, vandalism, safecracking and two counts of receiving stolen property.
