Thursday: The Warren JFK graduate shot a 3-under par 69 in the first round of the Shell Houston Open. Kokrak collected four birdies and had one bogey. He is tied for 32nd, five shots behind leader Charley Hoffman.

Today: Kokrak tees off at 12:10 p.m. on No. 10. His playing partners are Hudson Swafford and Tyrone Van Aswegen.
