YOUNGSTOWN

Gianni Quattro and Mark Fusillo both scored three goals for Ursuline. PJ Conway had two goals, and Brendan Faloon scored once. Quattro also contributed two assists and Fusillo and Conway both assisted once. Dante Rossi and Branon Freer assisted twice each, and Cody Rakoff assisted once. Seth Ogden scored Heartland’s goal unassisted. Ursuline goalkeepers Bryce Blazek and Bo Gray both had two saves and Heartland’s Ben Burgess saved 13 shots.

Mike Myers (2) and Ahmed El Khafif scored goals for Mooney (5-5-2), assisted by Andrew Stille and El Khafif. Dustin Hudak had two saves for the Cardinals. Daniel Mills scored both of Canton Central Catholic’s goals, assisted by Matthew Donze. Ethan Adams had seven saves for the Crusaders (4-3-3). JV: Mooney, 4-0.

GIRARD

Dante Minniti, Dominic Gainey and Adam Connelly each scored two goals, and Connelly contributed two assists. Brennan Kuzman and Andy Siguarani scored, and Austin O’Hara and Donald Miller each had an assist. Bailey McDermott, the goalkeeper for Girard, had four saves.

POLAND

Reed McCreery scored three times while Marcus Trevis, Joe Shields, Matthew Holsinger, Jake Buccieri, Trey Medvec and Marcus Romeo scored one. Holsinger, Trevis, David Watson and Matt Slepski contributed assists. Poland’s goalkeeper Bryan Montgomery did not have any saves in recording the shutout while Eric Pappada for Niles was busy with 12 saves. JV: Poland 1, Niles 0.

R.J. Thomas, Tanor English, and Ben Feuer scored goals for the Cardinals (7-1-1), assisted by Christian Hume and Jowad Atway. Canfield’s goalkeeper, Jeff Joseph, had seven saves. Dimitri Callow had 14 saves for the Raiders (5-4-2). JV: Canfield 5-0.

Anthony Sylvester scored the goal for Lakeview, and Jackson Gagne had two saves. Jake Shaffer had two saves for the Eagles.

Sarah Malvasi had five goals and three assists, Malena Whitfield also scored five goals and Emily Wolfgang had two goals and one assist for Girard on Monday. Emily Marsico added two goals, while Kim Reinhart and Jackie Kenreich each had one. Rachel Bendon and Sarah Barnes each added two assists while Alexia Page-Boyd made five saves.
