DAR Chapter to host free workshop

An application workshop with the Daughters of the American Revolution Mahoning Chapter will be 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Poland library, 311 S. Main St.

Sharon Myers, DAR State Vice Chairman of Chapter Development and Revitalization (DCRC) will instruct attendees on how to correctly complete the applications and how to provide proof for their lineal descent from an American Revolutionary War patriot. Participants are asked to bring a laptop to the free workshop.
