Youngstown house fire being investigated

YOUNGSTOWN

The cause of a fire about 5 a.m. Tuesday at a 4013 Southern Blvd. home is under investigation.

Reports said the first crews on the scene found a fire in the kitchen and quickly put it out.

Neighbors told firefighters that a couple that had been in the home earlier Monday. Utilities to the home had already been cut off, reports said. Damage is listed at $5,000. One firefighter suffered a slight injury.
