“The Grinder” (8:30 P.M., FOX): “The Grinder” could turn out to be the fall’s funniest comedy. Rob Lowe plays a big-shot actor who, after his TV legal series is canceled, returns home to work in his brother’s (Fred Savage) law firm, despite having no real experience as an attorney. Amusing mayhem ensues.
