Yauger’s 50th honored with family dinner

David and Judith Yauger of Columbiana celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at The Fireplace in Poland on Sept. 19. It was hosted by their children, David (Sharon) Yauger of Boardman, Julie Moreschi of Youngstown and Dawn Yauger of Columbiana.

Seven grandchildren complete the family.

Mr. Yauger and the former Judith Doyle were married Sept. 4, 1965, at Glenwood Primitive Methodist Church in Youngstown.

Mrs. Yauger worked as an administrative assistant at Hill Barth and King LLC in Boardman and retired in 2008.

Her husband also retired in 2008. He worked for Simrick Inc. in Poland and is a U.S. Army veteran.

The couple are members of Boardman Baptist Church.
