Pittsburgh woman to Youngstown cops: That's not my crack

YOUNGSTOWN

Police arrested a Pittsburgh woman on a charge of possession of cocaine Saturday night.

Sandra Freckleton, 47, was arrested about 11 p.m. after she was pulled over in a traffic stop at Hillman Street near St. Louis Avenue for failing to use a turn signal.

Police saw a small plastic bag containing 0.8 of a gram of crack inside the vehicle and in plain view.

According to a police report, Freckleton said, “I went into the house and bought the crack, but it’s not mine. I got it for someone else.”

She was transported to Mahoning County jail pending a court appearance Monday afternoon.
