The wedding of Deidre Kathleen McCullough of Redmond, Wash., formerly of Hubbard, and A.J. Gerbing, also of Redmond, took place June 6 at Canal Park in Akron.

The officiant was Jon Counts, and a reception followed at the Duck Club in Akron.

A rose-gold gown was worn by the honor attendant, Kaleigh Jones, and the duties of best man were shared by Chris Reed and Erik Minshall.

Mrs. Gerbing graduated from Ohio State University and is employed at Ferguson in Bellevue, Wash.

Her husband served in the Ohio National Guard and also is a graduate of OSU. He is employed by the government in Seattle.
