Indictment issued in 16-year-old's death

A Mahoning County grand jury Thursday indicted a 21-year-old man in connection with a shooting death on Cohasset Drive last week.

Sir Wolfgang Green, 21, of Summer Street, was indicted by the grand jury on counts of murder, felonious assault, tampering with evidence and being a felon in possession of a firearm with firearm specifications in the death of Devon Bailey, 16.

Bailey died after being shot in the chest about 8:35 p.m. Sept. 16 at a 559 Cohasset Drive home.

A warrant was issued for Green on Sept. 18, and he was found by police about 11:15 p.m. Monday inside a home in the 1900 block of Summer Street.

He was arraigned in municipal court Wednesday, where his bond was set at $1.2 million.

Those indicted by the grand jury will be arraigned before Judge R. Scott Krichbaum. They are:

Robert Hanni, 29, South Lakeview Avenue, possessing criminal tools and breaking and entering.

Anthony T. White, 23, Picadilly Street, Campbell, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification.

Matthew Cochrane, 26, West Hylda Avenue, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property.

Jonathan Kuzan, 35, Lake Drive, felonious assault and domestic violence.

Shawn T. Williamson, 41, Nancy Drive, Niles, vandalism.

Khaliah J. Green, 38, Crandall Avenue, theft.

Jack C. Wolfgang, 50, Frederick Avenue, Austintown, domestic violence.

Kristi L. Albright, 24, North Canton, three counts of theft.

Lance Martin Costello, 38, Southern Boulevard, Boardman, domestic violence.

Edward E. Graham, 28, Russell Lane, Akron, theft.

Jonathan J. Hilson, 26, Golfview Drive, Boardman, possession of cocaine.

Robert Shuler, 28, Benita Avenue, passing bad checks.

James C. Kirk, 22, Tremble Avenue, Campbell, robbery.

Daniel P. Riggs, 36, South Bailey Road, North Jackson, possession of cocaine and two counts of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Sandy M. Monter, 53, Alliance, assault, obstructing official business, resisting arrest and two counts of OVI.

Michael L. Miller, 55, Alliance, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs.

John R. Pinkerton, 22, Fourth Street, Beloit, receiving stolen property and misuse of a credit card.
