Boil alert lifted for portion of Hubbard

Officials lifted a boil alert Friday issued to Hubbard City residents south of the cell tower on Creed Street. The precautionary alert went into effect Wednesday morning following repairs to the pump station. Officials have now deemed it safe for residents to drink water or use it for cooking before boiling it first.
