A new tenant will open in Tiffany Square, Kutlick Realty LLC said Wednesday.

The new tenant, Ashley Furniture HomeStore, will open a more-than 28,000-square-foot location in the west end of the square, which is located at the center of U.S. Route 224, South Avenue and Tiffany Boulevard.

A date for the opening of the store has not been released.

Ashley Furniture HomeStore has more than 550 locations worldwide.

The announcement of the new store by Kutlick comes a day before the grand opening of Marshalls, an off-price retailer with about 1,000 stores owned by TJX Companies, in the square.

A new McDonald’s also opened this year in the square, and a new Chick-fil-A is under construction.

There is additional space available at Tiffany Square, along with one remaining out lot.
