BOARDMAN — Two Warren men face charges after allegedly stealing from Target, 417 Boardman-Poland Road.
Bernard Richardson, 33, and William Shaw Jr., 24, are charged with one count each of misdemeanor theft and possession of criminal tools. They are scheduled to appear in Mahoning County Area Court here Thursday.
