YWCA hosts Slice of Life event on Sept. 29

YOUNGSTOWN — A benefit for Lit Youngstown and the YWCA will be at 7 p.m. Sept. 29 at the YWCA, 25 W. Rayen Ave.

This event is an evening of storytelling featuring true tales from five local writers, and desserts from fine bakers. It includes an opportunity to purchase books for the children's library at the YW.

Tickets are $5 in advance; $8 at the door.
