Gardening session set at Fellows Gardens

YOUNGSTOWN

Doug Oster, an Emmy Award-winning producer, television host and writer, will share techniques on how to extend the garden season during a program from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Fellows Riverside Gardens, 123 McKinley Ave.

Oster will discuss cool-weather crops such as root vegetables and greens, plant protection, harvesting and more.
