Some Hubbard residents under boil-water alert

HUBBARD — Repairs to the pump station on Creed Avenue will result in water service being interrupted for residents south of the pump station from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Wednesday.

After the service interruption, a precautionary boil alert will be in effect for at least 24 hours. During that time, residents are advised to boil water before drinking it or using it for cooking or washing cooking utensils. The city will lift the alert pending laboratory results.
