Youngstown police probe aggravated robbery on South Side today

YOUNGSTOWN

Police are investigating an aggravated burglary on the city’s South Side this afternoon.

According to a police report, four individuals entered a home on the 800 block of Detroit Avenue. One of them pointed a handgun at a 69-year-old woman, demanding her car keys. They then took off in her blue 2012 Chevrolet Impala. Two of the suspects are juveniles.

Police said they have two suspects in custody, but further information was unavailable.
