MANUFACTURING

The Cubbison Co., manufacturer of custom product identification and printed electronic products on Victoria Road in Austintown, recently announced the appointment of Robert Dovich to the position of vice president of sales and marketing for its operations in Youngstown and Austin, Texas.

Dovich was most recently employed by Eaton Corp. in Cleveland as the strategic planning and business development manager.

REALTY

Nick Cannon joined the Real Living Volpini Realty Group of Poland as a new associate last month. He earned his real- estate license from Hondros College and has experience in sales, working in the wireless industry for 15 years. Cannon is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors and the Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors.

BANKING

The Home Savings and Loan Co. in Youngstown recently hired James D. Horvath as vice president/director, consumer lending. Home Savings is a subsidiary of United Community Financial Corp. Horvath has more than 35 years of banking and lending experience. Horvath’s responsibilities include assisting the retail team in growing all types of consumer loans, leading the bank in the growth of indirect auto loans and the development of new consumer loan products.

HONORS

Julie Vugrinovich, licensed Realtor and property professional at Howard Hanna Real Estate, will be honored as “Woman of the Year” at a special event in October during National Business Women’s Week, sponsored by the Youngstown Business & Professional Women. She is a board member for several area organizations, including Northeast Ohio Adoption Services, Homes For Kids-Child and Family Solutions, YWCA Warren and the American Cancer Society.
